- After-Sales Service.
We offer scheduled maintenance packages for vessels and equipment supplied by us. Our technical teams conduct routine inspections, servicing of engines and propulsion systems, calibration of electronics, and software updates for integrated systems.
- Repairs & Overhaul.
In the event of damage or wear, PT Indo Artha Marine coordinates repairs (dockyard repairs, system replacements, hull refurbishment) either at our partner shipyard facilities or on-site where feasible. We maintain an inventory of critical spare parts (engines, propellers, electronic components, weapon spare parts, etc.) to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Training for Technicians.
We also train our clients’ maintenance crews in proper upkeep of the vessels and systems we deliver. This includes providing technical manuals, on-call support, and knowledge transfer so that the client can independently handle minor maintenance with confidence.
- Lifecycle Management.
From commissioning to decommissioning, we assist in lifecycle management decisions – upgrades, retrofits, and eventual replacements. Our through-life support approach ensures that the platforms remain updated with new technology and adhere to safety regulations over time. We build long-term relationships, standing by our products for their entire operational life.
