PT Indo Artha Marine was established by a team of seasoned maritime and defense professionals in the late 2010s, aiming to strengthen Indonesia’s maritime security infrastructure. In 2022, the company achieved a major milestone by delivering a new high-speed patrol craft to the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla). This domestically-built High-Speed Craft (HSC) demonstrated local industry capability, with a length of 14.3 m, aluminum hull, and a top speed of 65 knots. The successful deployment of this vessel – one of the fastest patrol boats in Indonesia – helped Bakamla combat smuggling and secure our maritime borders.
Building on this success, in 2021 and 2023 PT Indo Artha Marine expanded its portfolio by integrating advanced naval weaponry. We partnered with international defense manufacturers to import and install 30mm remote-controlled naval gun systems on patrol vessels. By the end of 2023, our team had completed a multiyear contract to supply two units of 30mm naval weapon systems to Bakamla, marking the first armament of its kind for the agency’s fleet. This achievement was historic and reinforced our reputation as a reliable defense procurement partner.
In early 2024, we also demonstrated our commitment to training and human capital development. PT Indo Artha Marine produced an innovative naval training film titled “The Sailor Survival Game,” which was adopted from a realistic damage control simulation on a warship. The film, created in collaboration with the Indonesian Navy, highlights our unique capability to deliver simulation-based training solutions for maritime personnel.

From our humble beginnings in a Jakarta office, we have become a comprehensive maritime services provider with a track record of delivered projects, ranging from fast patrol boats to sophisticated weapon integration.
